ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:-
Key Responsibilities
- Collect milk and dairy product samples from production lines.
- Perform quality tests on:
- Raw milk
- Pasteurized milk
- Curd, butter, paneer, ghee, etc.
- Check:
- Fat percentage
- SNF (Solid-Not-Fat)
- Acidity
- Moisture
- Adulteration
- Microbial contamination
- Operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain test reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as:
- FSSAI
- ISO
- HACCP
- Assist production and quality assurance teams in solving quality issues.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dairy testing methods
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Basic microbiology and chemistry knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Record-keeping and reporting skills
- Ability to operate lab instruments
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
