Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for onboarding properties, coordinating with property owners/brands, and managing the complete process from initial discussion to successful property listing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with property owners, builders, developers, and brands.
- Coordinate with clients for property onboarding and collect required details.
- List and update properties across relevant online platforms and internal systems.
- Ensure property information, photos, pricing, location, and other details are accurate.
- Handle end-to-end onboarding from initial coordination to final listing.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good professional relationships.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for property promotion.
- Keep property listings updated based on client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of onboarded properties and client information.
- Support the team in generating business opportunities through new property listings.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, business development, onboarding, or coordination is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of online property listing platforms.
- Comfortable handling follow-ups and client interactions.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
