Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and market research.
Partner with hiring managers, founders, and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder communication, and negotiate offers.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
Handle leadership and critical hiring mandates across multiple industries.
Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience in hiring for Technology, Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, and business functions.
Proven expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management.
Experience working with startups, funded companies, or fast-growing organizations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
