Handle incoming inquiries from IndiaMART, website, email, and phone calls.
Share product catalogs, photos, quotations, and technical details with customers.
Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing.
Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel records.
Build relationships with pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and industrial customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
