Position Title: Technical Trainer

Role Overview
CodeQuotient is looking for a passionate Technical Trainer/ Professor/ Assistant Professor/ Lecturer/ Faculty to deliver engaging training sessions, develop learning materials, and mentor learners in technical domains. This role involves teaching and guiding learners across key areas including AI & ML, Web Development, and Computer Science fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions in technical subjects based on domain expertise.
- Develop and update training materials — presentations, coding exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Mentor learners, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and update training content accordingly.
Domain-specific areas:
- AI & ML: Fundamentals of machine learning, deep learning, and practical use of frameworks (TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch).
- Web Development: Concepts of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend development (Node.js, REST APIs, databases).
- Core CS: Data structures, algorithms, and programming languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience required: 1-5 years with strong subject knowledge + teaching ability.
- Hands-on technical experience and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms is a plus.
