We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst cum Software Tester to join our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring the quality of software products through effective testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal teams.
- Understand software workflows and prepare requirement documents (BRD/SRS).
- Create user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate between clients, developers, and project managers.
- Analyze existing systems and suggest improvements.
- Support product planning and feature enhancements.
Software Testing:
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs/issues.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure product quality before release.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Maintain testing reports and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of web applications and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries is an added advantage.
- Experience with bug tracking tools is preferred.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Software Testing preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and analytical skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
