The role primarily focuses on the following:
- Responsible to facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents & address queries of prospective and existing parents
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources and effective conversion of leads
- Providing in-depth information to prospective parents, this includes counselling
through phone, email, chat, social media and face to face
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the prospective parents’ pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on ERP software
- Handle objections and reasons for negotiation to increase enrolment of the student
- Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded
- Responsible for adherence of the inside admission process, tools and data management
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience. Preference to be given for the candidates who have earlier worked as an Admission Counsellor in a reputed Preschool.
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
Key Skills:
- Women with good communication skills.
- Prior experience of customer handling
- MS Office proficient with skills to handle ERP

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
