Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CAD drawings for office layouts, furniture placement, and space utilization.
- Collaborate witharchitects, interior designers, and project managers to translate requirements into functional designs.
- Conduct space audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Prepare 3D visualizations, floor plans, and technical documentation for client presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for implementation of design plans.
- Maintain an updated database of space usage and occupancy reports.
- Support facility management teams in planning relocations, expansions, or renovations.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in space planning, CAD design, or workplace design.
- Certification in CAD software (preferred).
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
