We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in sales and client acquisition, along with a good understanding of the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring brands, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for e-commerce and marketplace management services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, field visits, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, manufacturers, and business decision-makers.
- Present and promote the company's e-commerce solutions and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and business presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions to meet their business goals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Drive client retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
