Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Brand & Strategy Manager to lead the company's brand development and strategic marketing initiatives in the construction and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving market growth, enhancing customer engagement, and developing integrated marketing strategies that support sales, dealer networks, architects, consultants, contractors, and project business.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the company's brand strategy in line with overall business objectives.
· Build and strengthen brand positioning across the construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial sectors.
· Develop annual marketing and brand plans to increase market share and brand visibility.
· Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, events, exhibitions, and trade media.
· Plan and execute product launch strategies, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
· Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and Leadership teams to support revenue growth.
· Develop marketing programs for dealers, distributors, channel partners, architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and project stakeholders.
· Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement events.
· Conduct market research, customer insights, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities.
· Monitor brand performance, customer perception, campaign effectiveness, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
· Manage creative agencies, media partners, vendors, and external marketing consultants.
· Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing and communication channels.
· Develop corporate communication materials, brochures, product catalogues, presentations, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
· Support corporate social responsibility (CSR), public relations, and employer branding initiatives.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on brand performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.
· 6–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, or Corporate Marketing.
· Strong understanding of B2B marketing, channel marketing, and strategic brand management.
· Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
· Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in market research, budgeting, agency management, and campaign performance analysis.
Preferred Qualification
· Experience in the construction, building materials, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, or manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.
· Exposure to dealer and distributor marketing, architect and consultant engagement, project marketing, and channel partner development is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
