Backend Executive – Operations & Customer Coordination
Job Summary
Ceyone Enterprise is looking for a dedicated and responsible Backend Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations, customer communication, production coordination, payment follow-ups, and site inspections whenever required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all backend administrative and operational activities.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and project updates.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch of orders.
- Follow up with production departments to monitor work progress and delivery schedules.
- Maintain regular communication between customers, production, and management.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents as required.
- Track customer orders from receipt to final delivery.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and service issues.
- Visit customer sites for inspection, measurements, project coordination, or quality verification whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, production status, dispatch details, and payment follow-ups.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
- Support management in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections when required.
- Professional attitude and positive work ethics.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in backend operations, customer service, production coordination, or administrative support.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,638.64 - ₹18,000.00 per month
