Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined professional to coordinate between management, sales team, clients, and the tech team. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, strong communication skills, and the ability to support both technology and sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with the tech team and coordinate on website, application, CRM, and platform-related updates.
- Understand business requirements and communicate them effectively to the tech team.
- Track ongoing technical tasks, feature requests, and issue resolutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and monitor sales activities.
- Interact with clients and assist in understanding their requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to sales and operational activities.
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, CRM systems, and software workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
