The HR Manager at Wisdom College for Creativity & Design will be responsible for managing complete HR operations across the organization, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, and compliance. Since WCCD operates in the education and skill-development sector, the role should have a strong focus on faculty recruitment, employee productivity, branch coordination, and maintaining professional HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty, counsellors, administration, marketing, management and support staff.
- Understand manpower requirements from each branch/department.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and vacancy status.
2. Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Explain company policies, working hours, attendance, leave, salary and code of conduct.
- Ensure employees understand their Job Description and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle:
Recruitment → Joining → Probation → Confirmation → Performance Review → Promotion/Increment → Transfer → Resignation → Exit
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain leave records for all employees.
- Verify attendance before payroll processing.
- Report repeated absenteeism or attendance issues to management.
5. HR Policies & Procedures
- Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy changes to employees and branches.
Required Skills-
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 4–7 years of HR experience.
- Experience in education, training, skill development, college, school or multi-branch organization will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling both strategic HR and day-to-day HR operations.
- Should be capable of independently managing HR activities and reporting directly to senior management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
