Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all digital marketing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, managing the team effectively, conducting learning sessions, and visiting clients when necessary. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
• Oversee and manage all digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for clients.
• Monitor project performance and optimize campaigns as needed.
2. Client Satisfaction & Handling:
• Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided and resolve any issues proactively.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Work with the team to address concerns and prevent complaints.
3. Client Retention & Performance Analysis:
• Client retention is the most important metric for performance evaluation.
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and build long-term relationships.
• Regularly analyze client feedback and take necessary actions to enhance service quality.
4. Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team.
• Assign tasks and ensure the team meets deadlines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
5. Learning & Development:
• Organize learning sessions for the team to stay updated on digital marketing trends.
• Encourage skill development through workshops and training programs.
6. Client Visits:
• Visit clients as needed to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.
• Present marketing strategies and results to clients in face-to-face meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong client relationship and retention management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
