Job Title: Team Lead (TL) – Electronics Category Company: Auric Lifestyle Location: Delhi NCR (Travel Required) Salary: montly pay + Incentives + Travel Allowance Job Requirements 1–2 years of experience in the electronics category Experience in handling daily reporting and sales tracking Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR stores and markets Strong relationship management skills with Store Managers and store teams Good understanding of visual merchandising and retail display execution Ability to implement sales-building ideas and drive store performance Candidate must own a personal vehicle Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate retail store operations across assigned locations Build strong relationships with Store Managers and retail staff Ensure proper visual merchandising and product visibility at stores Share daily sales, market, and activity reports with management Execute promotional activities and branding initiatives in stores Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement Monitor competitor activities and market trends Ensure stock availability and smooth in-store execution Preferred Skills Good communication and leadership skills Target-oriented and proactive approach Basic Excel and reporting knowledge Passion for retail sales and consumer electronics
