Job Description:
A Support Engineer focused on Product Proof of Concept (POC) acts as the technical bridge between sales and implementation, ensuring that a product's value is validated in a client's real-world environment.
As a POC Pre Sales Support Engineer, you will lead the technical execution of product trials and evaluations with potential clients. You will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting the product to meet specific client success criteria, ultimately proving that our solution solves their business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Implementation: Handle the end-to-end installation and configuration of the product at customer sites or in virtual environments. Understand the Requirements from Client and carry out Proof of Concept in New and Existing Projects
- POC Management: Co Ordinate with the sales team to define technical success criteria and manage the project timeline for evaluations.
- Client Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use and evaluate the product.
- Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as a liaison between the client and the product engineering team, relaying feedback and bugs discovered during trials to improve future versions.
- Documentation: Create technical implementation guides, success reports, and "readout" documents summarizing POC results.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or BSc. / M.Sc. (IT) or MCA
- Experience: Minimum 1-1.5 Years of Experience in Development with MS SQL Server Knowhow.
