Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze customer requirements.
- Provide customer support and resolve functional queries.
- Prepare requirement documents and process flows.
- Coordinate with customers and development teams.
- Assist in testing and validating developed features.
- Conduct user training and support during implementation.
- Monitor issues and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic requirement gathering and analysis knowledge.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Exposure to ERP, Manufacturing, Automobile, Inventory, or Supply Chain processes is preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new business domains.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Kancheepuram District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
