Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Public Relations (PR) Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, corporate clients, referral partners, and the community. The role involves promoting the clinic's services, enhancing brand awareness, coordinating patient engagement activities, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
## Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, corporate clients, schools, colleges, and referral partners.
* Promote the clinic's dental services, treatment plans, and oral health awareness programs.
* Coordinate health camps, dental check-up drives, and community outreach activities.
* Handle patient inquiries and ensure a positive patient experience.
* Develop partnerships with local businesses, hospitals, insurance providers, and organizations for referral opportunities.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for social media, events, and brand promotion activities.
* Collect and respond to patient feedback to improve service quality.
* Maintain records of PR activities, partnerships, and referrals.
* Represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, and health awareness programs.
* Prepare periodic reports on PR initiatives and business development activities.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, Marketing, or Patient Relationship Management.
* Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,741.66 - ₹56,899.50 per month
