Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Senior Marketing Associate to manage content marketing, social media, brand visibility, PR, and event marketing for our fast-growing B2B business. The ideal candidate should have strong content writing skills and experience creating engaging marketing campaigns for a technical or industrial audience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Drive organic growth by increasing reach, engagement, and followers.
Develop and manage content calendars for blogs, case studies, articles, and social media.
Write high-quality content for company branding and founder's personal brand.
Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, product catalogues, and proposal decks.
Coordinate PR activities, media outreach, podcast opportunities, and industry publications.
Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships, and marketing events.
Monitor campaign performance and social media analytics to improve results.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube marketing.
Knowledge of B2B marketing and social media strategy.
Experience in PR, event marketing, or corporate communications is preferred.
Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative tools is preferred.
