Looking for a Product Engineer who enjoys solving complex business problems with technology.
This role goes beyond writing code. You'll work closely with product, design, and AI systems to build scalable applications, review AI-generated code, make architectural decisions, and translate real-world business problems into elegant software solutions.

Requirements:
- Strong full-stack TypeScript/JavaScript experience
- Monorepo experience (Nx or equivalent) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI coding agents in a real production codebase
- Comfortable in a small-team, high-ownership environment with limited hand-holding
- Ability to design, build, and maintain web applications (back-end, front-end, API integrations, performance/security)
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Help sharpen development processes and troubleshoot production issues
- Maintain technical documentation
- Experience with Nx monorepo(s) (TypeScript, pnpm, Vite, TanStack Router, tRPC, Prisma, BullMQ, Azure Container Apps)
- Build and integrate internal and third-party APIs
- Review and steer AI-agent-generated code for correctness, architecture fit, and cost
- Decompose ambiguous insurance operations problems into specifiable engineering tasks
- Possess a builder mentality (ship imperfect and iterate, resolve ambiguity)
- Strong product judgment and taste (opinions about what makes software good)
- Comfort with domain complexity and energized by learning complicated domains like insurance
- Forward-deployed attitude (customer-facing responsibility)
- Agentic fluency and verification depth (direct AI agents productively, catch errors, review agent's PRs)
- Genuine domain curiosity about how policies, claims, and commissions work
- Cost-per-decision instinct (internalize token economics and infra tradeoffs)
- Strong writing skills to specify problems clearly in prose before coding
- Comfort with reversible bets (distinguish decisions needing deliberation vs. shipping fast)
- Willingness to complete relevant insurance certifications after a reasonable period on the job
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
