Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete execution of solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects.
- Supervise installation of modules, mounting structures, inverters, AC/DC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
- Plan daily site activities and ensure the project is completed within timelines.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance as per industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, clients, and site teams.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site documentation.
- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and system performance checks.
- Handle client inspections and ensure successful project handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or site-related issues.
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / EEE.
- 3–6 years of experience in solar project execution (Rooftop/Ground Mounted).
- Strong knowledge of solar system design, electrical installation, and site management.
- Experience in handling site teams and multiple projects.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
