Position Summary
The Civil Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The role ensures coordination between site teams, consultants, vendors, and management to maintain project timelines, quality standards, and cost control.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Track project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Support planning and execution of civil construction works.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, BOQs, DPRs, and approvals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain records of material usage and site progress.
Site Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and progress.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify project risks and escalate to management.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure work progress as per plan.
- Assist in vendor billing verification and documentation.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Support implementation of safety protocols at site.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
Required Skills
- Project coordination and multitasking ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD (basic).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential / commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
