Job Summary
Skyloc Dentec Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial reporting, and experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor company expenses and maintain cost records.
- Verify purchase orders, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain payroll records and assist in salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
