Job Title: Mentor – SSC & Bank Exam Preparation

Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Mentors to support students preparing for SSC and Banking examinations. The Mentor will be responsible for guiding students during practice sessions, assisting them in solving questions, monitoring their progress, and motivating them to achieve their exam goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise student practice sessions and study hours.
- Assist students in solving aptitude, reasoning, English, and general awareness questions.
- Clarify doubts and provide academic support during question workout sessions.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Encourage students to maintain consistency in their preparation.
- Conduct discussion sessions on previous year questions and mock tests.
- Report student performance and concerns to the academic team.
- Support faculty members in academic activities and student engagement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have cleared at least the Preliminary Examination of any Banking recruitment exam (IBPS/SBI/RRB) or Tier-I of any SSC examination.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed in competitive examinations.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Banking and SSC exam patterns.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Basic computer proficiency.
