Required a professional, confident, and target-oriented Tele-calling Executive to contact potential and existing customers and support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to explain products/services and generate leads or sales
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information professionally
- Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and support overall sales activities
Excellent communication skills (English & local language preferred), multitasking ability, and prior tele-calling or customer support experience are preferred.
