Job description:
Core Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Design and refine manufacturing workflows using lean or Six Sigma methods to speed up production and cut waste.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Fix line bottlenecks quickly and schedule regular equipment checks to prevent costly machine breakdowns.
- Quality Control: Monitor output to make sure products meet exact design rules and fix root causes when defects happen.
- Production Planning: Build daily or weekly schedules, track targets, and make sure raw materials arrive on time.
- Safety Compliance: Set up safety rules on the floor and train workers to use tools safely.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with design, supply chain, and quality teams to introduce new products smoothly. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
- Assist with the development of QA software for our testing facility
- Oversee the production of all software products created by our design and programming team
- Monitor and review quarterly data based on suppliers’ reports
- Review and process all purchase orders in accordance with company policy
- Provide quarterly inspection data and quality assurance reports to senior management
- Institute development protocols for validation plans
- Participate in all QA meetings
- Provide software engineers and developers with necessary analysis tools
Pay: ₹13,459.27 - ₹50,465.68 per month
