Requirements:
Candidate should be a BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.
He must have minimum 3-4 years experience in property appraisal & valuation, site visits, reporting & analysis.
He must have good communication skills, geographical knowledge of the uttarakhand state, analytical skills & coordination skills.
Role:
Conduct property & project site visits & prepare valuation reports.
Vendor Management - Empanelment, Reports & Billing.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
