Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate housekeeping, security, drivers, and facility maintenance
✅ Manage housekeeping materials, stationery, and inventory
✅ Maintain attendance records and staff schedules
✅ Coordinate transportation, fuel records, and vendor follow-ups
✅ Maintain administrative records and prepare reports
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
