We are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin & Liaison Executive to manage Head Office administration and support stores with administrative coordination. The role will also involve coordination with government authorities, local bodies, vendors, shoots, events, and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations for Head Office
- Coordinate administrative support requirements for retail stores
- Handle procurement and replenishment of operational supplies including packaging material, stationery, housekeeping, pantry, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and operational requirements
- Liaise with government authorities and local bodies including MCD, police, licensing departments, mall managements, and other agencies for approvals, documentation, and operational compliances
- Coordinate offline marketing activities, exhibitions, shoots, and brand activations
- Assist with logistics, vendor follow-ups, permissions, and on-ground execution for shoots and events
- Maintain invoices, records, documentation, and vendor databases
- Ensure smooth coordination between HO, stores, internal teams, and external partners
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of experience in Admin, Liaison, Operations, or similar roles
- Experience dealing with MCD, local authorities, licensing, and compliance processes preferred
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with field work and on-ground execution
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Excel and documentation skills required
