Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack to work on both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and MySQL, along with a good understanding of APIs, databases, debugging, and deployment.
The candidate should be comfortable working with internal teams and stakeholders, taking ownership of tasks, solving technical problems, and continuously learning based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize REST APIs and backend services.
- Design, manage, and optimize database structures and queries.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend, backend, API, database, and integration-related issues.
- Support application deployment, environment setup, version updates, and production fixes.
- Follow clean coding practices and maintain reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Use Git and version control practices effectively.
- Maintain proper technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes.
- Coordinate with product, design, QA, and management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay updated with relevant technologies and adopt new tools or frameworks when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, API integration, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend development practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Redux, Redux Saga, Zustand, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Vue.js.
- Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD, Nginx, PM2, Linux servers, or cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of React Native or other mobile app development frameworks is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
