Qualification
- ITI – Fitter, Turner, Machinist, CNC Operator or related trades
- Diploma – Mechanical, Automobile or related disciplines
- Rotational Shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Turning and/or VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setting and offset corrections within the defined process. Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
- Carry out in-process inspections using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments as required.
- Maintain cycle time, productivity, and quality standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), 5S, TPM, and safety guidelines.
- Report machine abnormalities, tooling issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
Experience
- 1–5 years of CNC machining experience.
- Candidates with experience in automotive manufacturing companies such as WABCO, Royal Enfield, or similar industries are preferred.
