We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through direct on-ground engagement with clients, retailers, or distributors within an assigned territory. You will be the face of the company — visiting prospects, closing deals, and building lasting relationships face-to-face. This role demands someone who is mobile, persuasive, and deeply customer-focused.
Requirements
Must have
- 1–4 years of field sales or direct sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and on-ground persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned zone
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and CRM apps
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler or four-wheeler
