Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic BIM Modelers (Architecture & Structural) with 0–1 year of experience who are passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD and be eager to contribute to real-world BIM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify Architectural or Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Convert CAD/PDF drawings into accurate Revit models.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and sheets.
- Coordinate with project leads and team members to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
- Review and update models based on internal and client feedback.
- Follow BIM standards and company workflows while maintaining model accuracy.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture or Structure) – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of architectural or structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications
- For Architectural BIM: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
- For Structural BIM: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 0–1 year in BIM Modeling, Architecture, or Structural Modeling
