Position : HSE Officer
Reporting to : HSE Manager
Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to implement the safety practices at site.
2. Responsible for monitoring the work permit implementation & ensuring all safety parameters are
followed by vendors/contractors
3. Responsible to train the employees to achieve the OI target and KPI.
4. Responsible for the Risk management activities, Hazard reporting, closure and Incident reporting
5. Ensure monthly safety related activities are carried out in timely manner
6. Responsible for timely, effective and correct closure of non-conformities occurred during various
audits.
7. Responsible for implementing waste management and ensure safe disposal.
8. Responsible to implement HSE Policy, procedure & guidelines at site.
9. Responsible for monitoring chemical management system (storage, handling & disposal)
10. Responsible to complete adhoc based safety activities assigned time to time by the Management.
11. Responsible to carry out day-to-day safety activities (Walkthrough, trainings, observations, CAPA
implementation, visual management board, awareness program etc.)
12. To conduct Tool Box Talks, Ergonomic exercises.
13. Documentation of all HSE related activities at site.
14. Responsible to improve HSE culture at site.
15. Responsible for participating IMS related MRM, safe talk trainings, external safety related
trainings, Monthly HSE meetings at site.
Qualification Required :
Education:
1. Any degree (preferably Engineering)
2. PG Diploma in Industrial Safety / Nebosh IGC/ 1 year safety course
Experience: 0-1 Year in HSE domain
Skills Required:
1. Commanding language in English, Tamil. (Capable to speak Hindi will be advantage)
2. Desktop operating (MS office, Online documentation etc)
3. Knowledge in Safety laws, regulations and industry standards.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
