Looking for experienced store keeper in Restaurant at Kannur. Working time 08:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 7.30 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekly 3 Off (Off will be provided during week days only), Driving license it must and prefer persons in Kannur area only. Must be know MS Office minimum. Tally prime knowledge is an adde advantage. For freshers salary will be 14K starting.
Job Descriptions:-
- Store purchase of all items to be prepared and order to be placed in advance.
- Daily incoming stock to be cross check along with purchase request (Groceries, Vegetables, Meats, Fish, Fruits etc.)
- Daily issues to be done with issues request from all kitchens & juice sections request form.
- Daily closing stock to be taken for all items for tomorrows order.
- FIFO process to be done for all fish & meat/ milk products in chillers.
- Month end closing stock to be done for all sections along with accounts & purchase person.
- During wise freezer to be cross check for neatness and meat/fish/chicken to be stacked properly.
- Meat/fish/chicken items weight to be cross check with the bill.
- Packaged items date of expiry to be check.
- Daily store request/wastage report etc to be updated in the system daily wise.
- To be co-ordinate with purchase assistant and accounts for smooth operation if any assistance required in purchase.
- Ex.Chef/Operation Manager/Accounts Manager instructions to be follow as and when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
