Key Responsibilities:
✔Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
✔Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
✔Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
✔Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
✔Design and deliver training programs to support employee development.
✔Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
✔Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
✔Maintain HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
7–8years of HR life Cycle
Strong knowledge of HR Compliances, Payroll and Talent Management
Experience in Maufacturing and FMCG company

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
