Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate compensation and assist in offer rollouts
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience hiring for IT and technical roles
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring QA, Automation, SDET, AI, or Product Engineering roles
- Exposure to startup hiring environments
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
