Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Automotive Inventory & Operations
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our team in the Automotive Spare Parts and Inventory Management domain. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in automotive aftersales, inventory optimization, and client servicing while working closely with leading automotive manufacturers and dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support spare parts and accessories inventory operations for automotive manufacturers and dealerships.
- Analyze inventory levels to improve availability and optimize stock management.
- Identify and reduce non-moving and excess inventory.
- Track business performance and prepare inventory-related reports.
- Coordinate with clients and conduct periodic discussions to ensure effective service delivery.
- Assist in implementing inventory improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Strong interest in inventory management, supply chain, and the automotive aftermarket industry.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis will be an added advantage.
