Bhasha Bharati Arts is a leading language solutions company offering professional services in voice-over, dubbing, translation, subtitling, localization, multilingual content creation, and audio-video production across Indian and international languages.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to support the Senior Sales Executive in handling inbound business enquiries received from the marketing department, while also generating new business leads independently.
Inbound Sales Support
· Handle inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website, social media, and other channels.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for service details and quotations.
· Assist Senior Sales Executive in client communication and deal closures.
· Maintain proper follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
· Update enquiry status, client details, and sales pipeline regularly.
Lead Generation & Business Development
· Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online research.
· Identify potential clients from media, advertising, e-learning, corporate, entertainment, and digital industries.
· Schedule meetings, presentations, and discovery calls with prospects.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordination & Reporting
· Coordinate with project, production, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
· Prepare sales reports, lead reports, and daily activity updates.
· Support business growth initiatives and market research activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Experience in media, advertising, localization, translation, dubbing, or creative industry will be an added advantage.
