We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our Automation team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine assembly, installation, maintenance, and mechanical support for industrial automation projects. Candidates with experience in robotics, conveyors, special-purpose machines (SPM), or industrial automation are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and commission automation equipment and machinery.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Perform machine installation, alignment, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation systems.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Design, and Programming teams during project execution.
- Ensure proper quality standards during machine assembly and installation.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation and service reports.
- Follow all safety standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support during machine trials and customer acceptance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, SPM, Conveyor Systems, or Manufacturing.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly and machine installation.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and CAD layouts.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with bearings, gearboxes, linear guides, motors, and machine components.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for machine installation and service activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
