Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Maintain records, files, databases, and office documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required.
Facility & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, and office supplies.
- Monitor office assets, inventory, and procurement requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities.
Employee Support
- Assist employees with administrative requirements.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain contracts, agreements, invoices, and statutory documents.
- Ensure proper record keeping and document management.
- Assist in audits and compliance-related activities.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending tasks and administrative requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Administration or Office Management will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, Office Operations, or a similar role.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from Schools, Educational Institutions, Preschools, Colleges, or the Education sector will be preferred.
- However, candidates with relevant administrative experience from any industry are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
