Position 2: Community Mobilizer
Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Public Health, Community Engagement, or Social Sector)
Key Responsibilities
· Mobilize communities, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and local stakeholders to participate in public health and community development initiatives.
· Conduct community outreach, household visits, and Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) sessions on health, nutrition, sanitation, menstrual hygiene, immunization, and preventive healthcare.
· Support the planning and facilitation of trainings, awareness campaigns, community meetings, and health promotion activities.
· Coordinate with ASHAs, ANMs, Anganwadi Workers, and other government frontline workers to strengthen service delivery and beneficiary referrals.
· Facilitate beneficiary access to government health schemes, services, and entitlements, ensuring effective last-mile coordination and follow-up.
· Maintain field-level documentation, collect project data, track beneficiary progress, and submit timely reports, case studies, and success stories.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in grassroots community engagement.
- Ability to work extensively in the field.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Local language proficiency will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
