Within the Global Fraud and Banking Risk organization, the fraud claims team is responsible for leading fraud claims management strategy to ensure we are holding the right party accountable for fraud and driving continuous enhancements to our fraud controls. In this role, you will work in a highly dynamic and exciting environment and will have the opportunity to shape strategies and policies for American Express Card products as it relates to fraud claims. You will be part of a high performing team working closely with enterprise partners including Global Servicing, EDMX, Enterprise Digital, Technology, GMNS as well as with relevant stakeholders in US Consumer and Commercial businesses and ensure we are doing it the right way.
3+ Years experience in product management, engineering, strategy, or new product implementation.
- Experience with data processing tools such as SQL, Python, Hive, etc. Experience in credit & fraud risk preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, or Engineering related fields preferred.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate fraud risk scenarios effectively
Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, with a strong attention to detail, communicate effectively and work well in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels and across organization.
