We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk at the RPS More office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, and will represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a polite and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and admission process
- Maintain student records, inquiry data, and attendance registers
- Schedule appointments and demo classes
- Assist in handling fee collection records and basic billing coordination
- Maintain office cleanliness and front desk organization
- Support marketing team with basic follow-up calls for admissions
- Coordinate with trainers and management for daily scheduling
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass
- Preferred: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge required
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Professional behavior and positive attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
- Customer service–oriented approach
Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience in reception, front desk, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
- Presentable personality and confident communication
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries calmly
- Interest in creative fields (dance, music, acting, modeling) is a plus
