Psychologist – Pediatric Early Intervention (Full-Time, In-Person)
Location: chennai
We are seeking a qualified Psychologist with a minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience, including hands-on experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental, behavioral, cognitive, and psychological assessments.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools.
- Develop individualized intervention plans and measurable goals.
- Provide individual and group-based psychological interventions.
- Support emotional regulation, social skills, behavior management, and adaptive functioning.
- Monitor progress, update intervention plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Educate and train parents/caregivers on behavioral strategies and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Teachers, and other professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and transition planning.
- Prepare assessment reports, progress reports, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Applied Psychology).
- Strong knowledge of child development, behavioral interventions, and developmental disorders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Experience in Early Intervention and multidisciplinary settings is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
