KidzCampIndia is a kids-only platform helping parents discover and book the best workshops, summer camps, hobby classes, events and learning experiences for children.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify new workshop owners, activity centers and event organizers daily
- Call and onboard organizers from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat and Mumbai
- Explain the benefits of joining the KidzCamp platform
- Build strong relationships with workshop owners and organizers
- Regularly follow up with onboarded partners for upcoming events and workshop details
- Collect workshop information including dates, timings, pricing, age groups and venue details
- Manage workshop listings and updates on the platform
- Coordinate schedules and bookings with organizers
- Handle WhatsApp communication and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain organizer database and daily activity records
- Support overall operations and platform growth
- Research upcoming kids events, workshops and activity trends in target cities
- Help improve organizer onboarding process and experience
- Track booking status and assist organizers with platform queries
- Encourage organizers to promote their KidzCamp listings through their social media and WhatsApp
- Collect feedback from organizers and parents after events
- Identify high-performing workshops and recommend featured promotion opportunities
- Ensure smooth communication between organizers, parents and KidzCamp team
