Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, finishing, and structural works.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Verify measurements and prepare work quantity reports.
- Monitor labor productivity, material consumption, and equipment utilization.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the construction site.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory at the site.
- Attend project review meetings and provide work progress updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and structural plans.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
