Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and developing business for quartz and natural stone products across the Delhi NCR region. The role involves channel sales, project sales, and maintaining strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and fabricators.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Generate business through architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
- Identify new market opportunities and appoint new channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service for timely deliveries.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of sales experience in Quartz, Marble, Granite, Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, or related industries.
Required Skills
- Strong dealer and distributor management.

- Project sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Market development and relationship management.
- MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
