Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager to lead our international procurement efforts within the Commercial Department for CHYOWE – Lucas Nona Private Limited, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end overseas purchasing process, from finding reliable global suppliers to negotiating contracts that ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery speed. Your goal is to build a streamlined, cost-effective global supply chain that supports our business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying, vetting, and building relationships with reliable vendors.
- Securing favorable pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
- Analyzing spending and market trends to identify savings opportunities.
- Assessing and managing risks to ensure supply continuity.
- Developing and enforcing compliance with contractual agreements.
- Tracking supplier performance and managing, auditing, or terminating vendor relationships.
- Working with internal departments finance to align with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in overseas purchase.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of freight pricing, costing structures, and commercial documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and pricing analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
