Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Coordinator to manage customer interactions, support admission processes, coordinate sales activities, and ensure a smooth enrollment experience for members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Explain Proswim programs, packages, schedules, fees, and facilities to prospective members.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain lead records and update customer details in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with centre teams regarding batch availability, slot allocation, and admissions.
- Assist customers with registration, documentation, and payment processes.
- Follow up with potential customers for conversions and renewals.
- Build strong relationships with existing members and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with coaches and operations team for smooth onboarding of new members.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and membership drives.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.
- Positive attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education/fitness industry preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
